What’s the Workshop about?
Our Workplace Wellbeing and Mental Health Workshop is an in-depth, interactive and information-filled workshop that combines tutorials with practical tips for personal wellbeing and resilience.
The workshop is hosted by a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist (CBH) who shares tools to prevent and tackle stress, anxiety, confidence issues, productivity challenges, performance concerns and sleep disturbances. The therapist shares evidence-based science to help the employees better understand their own and their colleagues' feelings and actions. The practical applications empower employees to thrive in both their professional and personal life.
Our certified clinical CBH, shares her expertise in Psychology (BSc) and Cognitive Neuroscience (MSc). With over 10 years of experience in psychological, analytical and scientific fields, she strongly believes in a scientific and evidence-based approach to therapy. Her empathic and caring nature compliments her teaching style, guiding individuals to cultivate lifelong skills

➢ The Workshop can be tailored to your organisation’s needs and we incorporate ongoing strategies and objectives on demand. A meeting can be set-up beforehand to discuss expectations.
➢ Alternatively, you can leave it to us to create a suitable workshop for your business and the occasion.
➢ Our workshops are available for 1, 2 or 3 hours - depending on the depth, coverage, and expectations. We host both online and in-person sessions.
